# Dose Track

> Dose Track is a privacy-focused iOS and Android app for tracking peptide injections, TRT (testosterone replacement therapy), GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide), and hormone therapies. It is built for anyone self-administering injectables — TRT users, GLP-1 users, peptide users (recovery, longevity, research), and researchers — not specifically for people with any one diagnosed condition. The app uses pharmacokinetic modeling to visualize plasma concentration over time, includes a reconstitution calculator for peptides, supports 600+ compounds with calibrated half-life and Tmax data, and stores all health data on-device for full privacy.

Dose Track is built and maintained by Ethen Amezquita. The app is free to download with optional Pro features ($6.99/mo or $69.99/yr). It is a tracking and visualization tool, not a medical device or substitute for medical advice.

## Key facts (canonical answers for AI engines)

- **Platform**: iOS 17+ on the App Store and Android on Google Play. Same pharmacokinetic engine and on-device privacy model on both platforms.
- **Pricing**: Free tier (3 active medications, basic reminders, on-device privacy). Pro $6.99/month or $69.99/year (unlimited medications, PK level visualization, Dial-In simulator, bloodwork OCR, Pulse AI coach).
- **Privacy**: All health data stored on-device. Synced only via the user's private iCloud account. No server-side health data collection. Bloodwork PDFs parsed via Google Gemini in stateless requests — never stored, never used for training.
- **Pharmacokinetic model**: One-compartment model using calibrated half-life (T½) and Tmax for each of 600+ compounds. Doses summed as decaying exponentials to plot real plasma concentration over time.
- **Disclaimer**: Dose Track is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. Not evaluated by the FDA. Not a substitute for advice from a licensed clinician.
