This Privacy Policy describes how Dose Track ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

Dose Track collects the following types of information:

• Medication Data: Information about your GLP-1 medication injections, including medication type, dosage, injection site, date and time of injections, and personal notes.
• Health Metrics: Weight, BMI, calories, protein intake, and side effects that you choose to log.
• User Preferences: Settings such as measurement units, notification preferences, and medication schedule.
• HealthKit Data: If you grant permission, we may read and write weight data to Apple HealthKit. This is optional and requires your explicit consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Track your medication injection history and calculate estimated medication levels
• Display progress charts and analytics
• Send you reminders for upcoming doses (if enabled)
• Sync your data across your Apple devices via iCloud
• Provide app functionality and improve user experience

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored:

• Locally: On your device using SwiftData
• iCloud: Your data is automatically synced to your private iCloud account using CloudKit. This sync is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud storage.

We do not have access to your iCloud data. All data syncing happens through Apple's secure iCloud infrastructure, and we cannot view, access, or share your personal health information.

4. Third-Party Services

Dose Track uses the following third-party services:

• Apple iCloud/CloudKit: For data synchronization across your devices. Data is stored in your private iCloud account.
• Apple HealthKit: For optional integration with the Health app. You can choose to grant or deny HealthKit permissions.
• Apple StoreKit: For subscription management and in-app purchases.

We do not share your data with any other third parties, advertisers, or analytics services.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access Your Data: All your data is stored locally on your device and accessible within the app.
• Delete Your Data: You can delete individual records or all data through the app settings. You can also delete the app, which will remove all local data.
• Export Your Data: You can export your data through the app's export functionality (when available).
• Opt-Out: You can disable iCloud sync and HealthKit integration at any time in the app settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Dose Track is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
