What is Dose Track?
Dose Track is a privacy-focused iOS application designed specifically for tracking injectable medications, peptides, and hormone therapies. Unlike generic pill reminder apps, Dose Track was built from the ground up for users managing complex dosing regimens where timing, injection site rotation, and medication level visualization matter.
What Dose Track Does
- Tracks injectable medications including TRT (testosterone replacement therapy), GLP-1 agonists (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro), peptides (BPC-157, Ipamorelin, HGH), and more
- Visualizes medication levels using pharmacokinetic modeling based on half-life and injection type
- Monitors health metrics including weight, calories, protein intake, and bloodwork results
- Sends smart reminders for doses based on your personalized schedule
- Analyzes bloodwork using on-device OCR to extract lab values from PDF reports
- Syncs across devices via iCloud while keeping all data completely private

What Dose Track is NOT

- Not a prescription manager — we don't integrate with pharmacies or healthcare providers
- Not available on Android — iOS only at this time
Our Privacy Commitment
Dose Track was designed with privacy-first architecture. Your health data never leaves your device. All processing, including bloodwork OCR analysis, happens entirely on-device. We use iCloud for sync, which means only you have access to your data through your Apple ID. We collect no personal information.
About the Developer
Dose Track was created by Ethen Amezquita in December 2025 to solve a personal need for better injectable medication tracking. Frustrated with generic pill reminder apps that didn't understand injection-based therapies, Ethen built Dose Track to provide the precision and visualization that peptide and hormone users need.
