What is Dose Track?
Dose Track is a privacy-focused mobile app for iOS and Android, built for anyone self-administering injectable medications, peptides, or hormone therapies. Unlike generic pill reminder apps, Dose Track was built from the ground up for people managing complex dosing regimens where timing, injection site rotation, and medication level visualization matter.
What Dose Track Does
- Tracks injectable medications including TRT (testosterone replacement therapy), GLP-1 agonists (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro), peptides (BPC-157, Ipamorelin, HGH), and 600+ other compounds
- Visualizes medication levels using pharmacokinetic modeling based on half-life and injection type
- Monitors health metrics including weight, calories, protein intake, and bloodwork results
- Sends smart reminders for doses based on your personalized schedule
- Analyzes bloodwork via Google Gemini in stateless requests — values extracted, then immediately discarded; never stored or used for training
- Moves with you to a new phone with a free, encrypted transfer — or an optional encrypted backup only your password can unlock

What Dose Track is NOT
- Not a general pill reminder app — if you need simple daily pill reminders, use Apple Health or a dedicated pill tracking app
- Not a medical device — all calculations are estimates for informational and educational purposes only
- Not a prescription manager — we don't integrate with pharmacies or healthcare providers
- Not a substitute for clinical care — always work with a licensed clinician on protocol decisions
Our Privacy Commitment
Dose Track was designed with privacy-first architecture, and every choice about your data is yours. Nothing is forced: each feature that sends data is optional, explained up front, and can be turned off.
- On your phone by default. Your doses, protocols, vials, metrics and lab values are stored on your phone. No account is required to use the app.
- AI only when you ask. When you ask Pulse a question or upload a lab report, only what that request needs is sent over an encrypted connection to Google Gemini. It is processed for that request, not stored by us, and never used to train AI models.
- Backups we cannot read. If you choose to create an account and back up (or move to a new phone), your data is encrypted on your phone with a key only your password unlocks. We store the locked file; we never see your password or your data.
- Never sold, never shared. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or use your health data for ads. Marketing email is off unless you opt in.
- Delete any time. Delete records, your backup or your whole account from inside the app. Server-side deletions take effect immediately.

About the Developer
Dose Track was created by Ethen Amezquita in December 2025 to solve a personal need for better injectable medication tracking. Frustrated with generic pill reminder apps that didn't understand injection-based therapies, Ethen built Dose Track to provide the precision and visualization that peptide, hormone, and GLP-1 users need.
