About Dose Track

Dose Track is a comprehensive peptide and medication tracking app for iOS and Android. The app helps you:

How is my data stored?+
Your health records are stored on your phone. If you choose to, you can create a free account to move your data to a new phone, or turn on encrypted cloud backup (Pro). Backups are encrypted on your phone with a key only your password can unlock, so we cannot read them.
Is my health data private?+
Yes. Your health records are stored on your device — we don't keep a copy on our servers. Three things do leave your device: anything you post to the Community Hub, data sent to power the AI features while they run (bloodwork documents and, when you use Pulse, a slice of your tracked data — processed by Google Gemini, never stored, never used to train models), and pseudonymous usage analytics that contain no health information. How do dose reminders work?+
You can set up customizable reminders for each medication. The app will send you local notifications based on your dosing schedule.
Can I use Dose Track on multiple devices?+
Yes. Create a free account in Settings › Account, then use "Send to a new phone" on your old phone and sign in on the new one — it is free and encrypted. Pro members can also turn on automatic encrypted backup. Your phone's own iCloud or Google backup can include Dose Track too, and the in-app export is always available.
How do I restore my data on a new device?+
Any of these work, and you choose: (1) In Settings › Account, sign in on both phones and use "Send to a new phone" — free and encrypted. (2) With Pro, sign in on the new phone and restore your encrypted backup. (3) Restore the whole phone from your iCloud or Google backup, which includes Dose Track. (4) Use the in-app export on the old phone and import the file on the new one.
Is Dose Track free?+
Dose Track is free to download with a free tier that includes 3 active medications, dose reminders, and basic metrics. A Pro subscription (monthly or annual) unlocks unlimited medications, calculations, and AI insights.
Does Dose Track work with GLP-1 medications like Ozempic?+
Yes, Dose Track fully supports GLP-1 medications including Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Semaglutide, and Tirzepatide. You can track doses, visualize medication levels, and monitor weight progress.
Can Dose Track estimate my testosterone levels?+
Yes, Dose Track uses pharmacokinetic modeling to estimate your testosterone levels based on your dosing history, injection type, and medication half-life. These are estimates for informational purposes only.
